In the afternoon of December 13, 2020, the signing ceremony of investment projects focused on Lingshui Li Autonomous County of Hainan Province was held in the executive meeting room of the county government, with Shang Zhiguo, Deputy Governor of Lingshui County, and Jin Rongpao and Guo Yuting, project leaders of Shandong Janbon Group, attending the signing ceremony.

At the ceremony, Lingshui Li Autonomous County People's Government and Shandong Janbon Group formally signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement, in which both parties reached a comprehensive agreement on planning projects related to cultural tourism and health care, TCM industry, infrastructure construction, and old city renovation in Lingshui County around the strategic planning and construction objectives of the national 14th Five-Year Plan and even for a longer period.

Vice County Head Shang Zhiguo expressed his gratitude to Shandong Janbon Group for investing in Lingshui County and supporting the development of Lingshui. He pointed out that Lingshui County, with its superior ecological environment and profound humanistic heritage is a good place for living, traveling, and investment and the county government will provide necessary convenience and policy preferences for Shandong Janbon Group's investment projects and business development in Lingshui to the extent permitted by law and policy.
