On the afternoon of April 3rd, the strategic cooperation signing ceremony for the Sino Dutch Health and Wellness Cultural Exchange Base was held at the Youran Academy in Lingshui, Hainan. Nico Schietekate, Counselor for Health, Welfare, and Sports of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in China, Wouter Bolsius, Chairman of Dutch Construction Co., Ltd., Chen Jian, Chairman of Shandong Janbon Group, and Guo Yuting, President of Janbon Youran Wellness Group, attended the signing ceremony on behalf of the Embassy of the Netherlands in China. The ceremony was presided over by Wu Zhiwei, Vice President of Janbon Youran Wellness Group.

Chen Jian, Chairman of Janbon Group, delivered a welcome speech, warmly welcoming guests from all walks of life on behalf of Janbon Group, and expressing sincere congratulations on the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation of the Sino Dutch Health and Wellness Cultural Exchange Base. We look forward to more in-depth and extensive cooperation between the two sides in the future in the Sino Dutch Health and Wellness International Exchange Activities.

Chairman Chen Jian stated that in September 2021, Janbon Group began to cooperate with the Dutch Kaisi Architecture for the Youran Academy project. Mr. Walter, as the lead designer, integrated the design concept of Dutch Life Apartments, the unique rainforest ecological environment of Hainan, and the experience of leisurely and healthy health operation in the project design process. The signing of the strategic cooperation agreement for the Sino Dutch Health and Wellness Cultural Exchange Base will undoubtedly have a profound impact on the development of Sino Dutch health and wellness culture.

Mr., Counsellor of Health, Welfare, and Sports, representing the Kingdom of the Netherlands at the Embassy of the Netherlands in China Mr. Nico Schietekate stated in his speech that China and the Netherlands have established strong relations in the fields of health and welfare, and will also strengthen bilateral relations and cooperation between enterprises in the future. The cooperation between Kaiser and Youran Health, witnessed today, is a representative example of this future outlook.

Mr. Wuter Bolsius, Chairman of Kaiser Construction Co., Ltd. in the Netherlands, introduced the design concept of the Youran Academy project from seven aspects. There are five places on Earth where people have an average lifespan of 90 or 100 years, known as the "blue zone". The superior natural and livable environment of Hainan Lingshui has the natural conditions to become the sixth blue zone.

The Youran Academy creates a relaxing space surrounded by nature in a natural and livable environment for the elderly, filling their body and mind with energy. Through continuous learning, physical exercise, healthy food consumption, and reasonable dietary combinations, the elderly work together with like-minded people to build an academic social circle and make their own decisions in life. Youran Academy will also become a paradise for the second spring of life, becoming China's first "blue area" longevity community.

Subsequently, Guo Yuting, President of Janbon Youran Wellness Group, presented the appointment letter of "Hainan Nanping Health and Wellness Industrial Park - Janbon Youran Academy Lifetime Honorary Advisor" to the Chairman of Wuter Bolsius, and the two sides signed a strategic cooperation agreement for the Sino Dutch Health and Wellness Culture Exchange Base.

After the ceremony, attendees conducted on-site inspections of the actual effects of the Youran Academy project and planted agarwood trees representing friendship in the park.

Janbon Group will continue to deepen the construction of a Sino Dutch health and wellness cultural exchange base based on the Youran Academy project, focusing on the continuous cultivation of the health and wellness industry, and combining Janbon's advantageous resources in the health and wellness industry to contribute to the development of the health and wellness industries in China and the Netherlands.
