On July 26, during the 2nd China International Consumer Products Expo, the People's Government of Lingshui Li Autonomous County held the activity for investment promotion and tourism culture with the theme of "sharing development opportunities and wining Lingshui future together" in Hainan International Conference and Exhibition Center to actively introduce high-quality tourism cultural enterprises and projects to Lingshui. Wu Haifeng, secretary of Lingshui County Party Committee, Luo Hua, deputy secretary of Lingshui County Party Committee and county magistrate, attended the meeting, and Jin Rongpao, general manager of Hainan Janbon Investment Co., Ltd. attended the meeting and delivered a speech. 

At the promotion meeting, Luo Hua, deputy secretary of County Party Committee and county magistrate, issued a sincere invitation with "three merits". She said that non-replicable and unparalleled ecological resource advantage in Lingshui deserves to be expected; the unique geographical advantage in Lingshui, suitable for living and working, is worth deep cultivation; Lingshui is worth investing because of its development advantage of breakthrough in accumulation and leaping beyond. Subsequently, relevant leaders of the county government introduced in detail on the general situation, investment environment, investment projects, policy support and business environment of Lingshui, and promoted key industrial parks such as Nanping Health Industry Park.
