As the New Year begins, everything takes on a new look!

On January 21, 2020, Janbon Group 2019 Recognition Ceremony and 2020 New Year Party was successfully held. With the theme of “In Praise of Strivers, Youth Starts Again”, the ceremony gave an impressive display of the practical and advancing spirit of Janbon in a panoramic way by means of the grand recognition ceremony and various forms of performances. Chairman Chen Jian, special guests, as well as Janbon’s management personnel at all levels and key business members, et al. attended the ceremony.

Chairman Chen Jian delivered his New Year message, extended sincere festival greetings to everyone present, and congratulated the honored teams and individuals. Mr. Chen said, “Looking back to 2019, facing the complicated economic situations and tough market environment, the personnel of Janbon took six sections as the core, always insisted on ‘Taking Action and Putting into Practice’, focused on development through transformation and implementation, coped with changes through integration and innovation, and achieved good results. Meanwhile, the personnel of Janbon kept the source of benefits in mind, contributed to the society, actively devoted themselves to social benefits, took social responsibility, and achieved shared benefits and common progress between the enterprise and the society.”

Mr. Chen stressed, “2020 is not only the 25th anniversary of Janbon Group, but also the crucial year of transformation and implementation. Janbon should focus on the development direction, work out a three to five-year development plan, consolidate strategic confidence, anchor Janbon’s development vision and mission in a new stage, execute ‘Connection and Integration’ in a better manner, and build the future road to new Janbon.”

At the ceremony, five outstanding trainees, 19 outstanding employees, 11 outstanding executives, six outstanding teams and three winners of the “Chairman’s Award” successively received honors and praise on stage, and told their stories about taking responsibility and forging ahead at respective posts. They demonstrated Janbon’s corporate spirit – “Knowledge Creates Wealth; Learning Secures the Future; Attitude Determines the Whole Life”.

During the recognition ceremony, wonderful performances added charm to the entire ceremony. A group of post-80s and post-90s in Janbon released themselves and got moving energetically. These performances were dynamic, or touching, or filled with ancient charm or magnificence, which not only showed Janbon’s vitality and positive energy, but also made Janbon’s corporate culture go deep into the people’s mind silently like a streamlet.

“Connection Creates Value; Integration Promotes Development.” Ushering in its 25th anniversary, Janbon Group is now in its prime, with its corporate spirit passed down from generation to generation. In 2020, the personnel of Janbon will be actors who walk the walk and strivers who overcome difficulties, seize every minute to build the dream of new Janbon and let youth start again.
