From January 14th to 17th, Israel HealthWatchCEO Israel Schreiber and Dr. Hila Dagan visited Shandong Jianbang Technology Group to conduct technical training and business communication for the four-day smart ECG wearable device, and held talks with the group's senior management. Israel's HealthWatch is based on the Nobel Prize-winning chemist Dr. Aaron Ciechanover, the world's only medical-grade smartwear approved by the US FDA and EU CE.

On January 14th, iTOT President Li Wenkai and Wisdom Information Technology General Manager Han Wei received and introduced the development of the group to Mr. Israel Schreiber and Dr. Hila Dagan, reviewed the cooperation between the two parties in the previous period, and combed the product related questions for inquiry and discussion. Dr. Hila Dagan conducted systematic product training for colleagues from the Technology Group and carefully answered questions raised by us.

On January 15th, Mr. Israel Schreiber and Dr. Hila Dagan accompanied the colleagues from Jianbang Technology Group to visit the Jianbang·Yuran Pavilion Pension Project. The on-site technical discussion and product trials were well received by the elderly colleagues and medical staff.

On the morning of January 16th, HW, iTOT, and Zhijia and the hospital's electrocardiologists and doctors conducted product seminars. Dr. Dong from Zibo Chinese Medicine Hospital evaluated the products with professional medical knowledge, and the accuracy of the test data. Stability is very much agreeable.

In the afternoon, the group visited the Department of Cardiology of Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and conducted demonstrations and discussions with the director Su and the doctors of the department. Director Su recognized the medical data and convenience of the products, indicating that the domestic market in this field is still blank, with strong technical barriers and competitiveness, and expressed expectations for product upgrades to achieve intelligent medical and diagnostics.

On the morning of January 17, the high-level meeting between the two parties in the Jianbang Science and Technology Group meeting room, Chen Jian, Chairman of Jianbang Group, and Xiao Weibin, CEO of Jianbang Technology Group attended the meeting. Both parties focused on the cooperation direction of HW ECG monitoring products. The landing plan was discussed, and a consensus was reached to accelerate the establishment of the joint venture.
