On the morning of October 30, the opening of Japan's Laox Cross-border E-commerce Center in China and the centralized signing activity of enterprises settled in Jinan Zhangjin Comprehensive Bonded Zone was held. Sunshutao, deputy secretary of the Jinan Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and mayor, attended and witnessed the signing of the contract and the opening of the warehouse. Zhao Ruxia, commissioner of Jinan Customs, Wang Hongzhi, Standing Committee Member of the Jinan Municipal Committee of the CPC, deputy mayor, director of the Council of Management of Jinan High-tech Zone, Jinan Area of Shandong Pilot Free Trade Zone and Jinan Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Yin Qingzhong, deputy mayor, Wang Qinguang, vice chairman of Jinan Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Wang Pinmu, secretary general of the Municipal Government, Fu Luyong, executive director of Japan Laox Co., Ltd. and president of Laox China Group, Chen Jian, chairman of Shandong Janbon Group and responsible persons of relevant departments which is directly affiliated to the provincial government attended the activity.

Yin Qingzhong said in his address that Shandong and Japan face each other across the sea, separated only by a narrow strip of water. The exchanges and contacts between the two sides have a long history. Especially, Jinan and Japan have strong trade complementarity and great cooperation potential. As the largest comprehensive tax-free enterprise in Japan, Laox has set up its headquarters in northern China in Jinan and built a cross-border e-commerce center warehouse in Zhangjin Comprehensive Bonded Zone in China, which fully reflects the strategic vision of the enterprise and its confidence in the development of Jinan. The official opening of the central warehouse and the signing of a number of projects such as Itochu Logistics have provided strong support for Jinan to build a new cross-border e-commerce pattern of "buy global, sell global". We believe that through the joint efforts of both sides, the cooperation will continue to deepen and the momentum will become stronger.

In the address, Fu Luyong reviewed the cooperation journey between Laox and Jinan, highly recognized the business environment and development potential of Jinan, and said that he would further deepen the exchange and cooperation, make greater breakthroughs and achieve win-win development. 

At present, Laox is a comprehensive duty-free service enterprise with the largest scale, the most complete categories and the most abundant supply chain of Japanese goods in the domestic market. Relying on Laox's four major customer resources, more than 10,000 suppliers in Japanese stores, 6,000 Japanese enterprises in Shanghai, more than 1,000 exhibitors of the three major consumer exhibitions in Japan and government resources, the project covers all the local government of Japan's 47 prefectures and counties, brand merchants and retailers represented by Japan, links Laox overseas trade and cross-border e-commerce overseas market resources, realizes the "siphon effect" of Laox in gathering Japanese enterprises and Japanese goods, and builds a regional comprehensive bonded platform in the northern market. 

During the activity, the centralized signing of the contract between Laox Group in China and Japanese-funded enterprises, the centralized signing of the contract between Laox Group in China and the national cultural export base, Japan SHADDY Co., Ltd., the centralized signing of the contract between Jinan Comprehensive Bonded Zone Management Committee and Greenland Trade Port enterprises, the centralized signing of the contract between Jinan Comprehensive Bonded Zone Management Committee and cross-border e-commerce enterprises were held. And the letter of appointment was awarded for "Merchants Ambassador". 

In 2021, the Laox Cross-border E-commerce Project is a key introduced project in Jinan Area of China Pilot Free Trade Zone and Jinan Comprehensive Bonded Zone. In January this year, the Management Committee of Jinan Area of China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone and the Management Committee of Jinan Comprehensive Bonded Zone signed the strategic cooperation agreement of Laox Cross-border E-commerce Project with Japan Laox Co., Ltd. and Shandong Janbon Group. After the "road map" for project landing construction is clear, Jinan Area gives full play to its own advantages, actively acts, arranges the construction period, and fights as planned to create a good environment for the development of the project and promote the landing of the project with good effects. On April 22, Laox North China Headquarters Regional Company - Laox (Jinan) Trading Co., Ltd. was established. On June 12, LAOX SELECT, the first store in Japan Cultural Commodity Exhibition and Trading Center opened its doors in Janbon's CCPARK. Janbon Group will continue to adhere to the concept of "creating value through connection" and actively assist the construction of Jinan Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone.
