From January 13 to 14, 2020, the middle and senior executives of Janbon Group and the elites of all business units gathered at Shungeng Hillview Hotel to hold Janbon Group’s 2019 Annual Work Summary Meeting. Chen Jian, Chairman of Janbon Group, attended and addressed the meeting.

At the meeting, the business units of the Holding Group successively reported the completion status of their goals and tasks, and expounded their work directions of 2020. Besides, all functional departments respectively reported their work of 2019, and stated their work directions and management improvement focuses for 2020.

Zhang Wei, President of the Holding Group stressed in his concluding remarks, “In 2020, all business units and functional departments should strengthen basic management and ensure efficient implementation in accordance with the overall work requirements of ‘Steady Progress, Fast Soundness, Profit Orientation and Efficient Implementation’, ‘do what they should do, and consolidate what they are skilled at’.” Later, President Zhang Wei signed the 2020 Objective Responsibility with the persons in charge of business units respectively.

On the forenoon of January 14, all business units and functional centers of Janbon Technology Group reported on the completion status of the work of 2019 and the work plan for 2020. President Xiao Weibin of Janbon Technology Group analyzed the strategic planning for sci-tech real estate. President Xiao said, “In 2020, Janbon Technology Group will make full use of iTOT’s core advantage in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and rely on Janbon Group’s strong resources and core competence of developing sci-tech real estate to eventually realize all-win results through standardized extension and diversified development.” Thereafter, President Xiao signed the 2020 Objective Responsibility with the persons in charge of business units respectively.

At last, Chairman Chen Jian gave a concluding speech titled “Connection Creates Value, Integration Promotes Development”. He commented on the work highlights and existing problems of business units and functional departments, and put forward new requirements and expectations.

Chairman Chen said, “Though there is downward pressure on domestic economy, connection and integration will bring new opportunities and drivers to Janbon. I’m confident in the future development of the group. In 2020, all sections of Janbon Group should remain true to their original aspiration, continue to focus on transformation and implementation, work out a three to five-year plan, and propel the implementation and progress of new Janbon that is ‘Platform-based, International and Capitalized’ with the development trend of ‘Coordination and Integration’.”
