On July 30, the event of Dialogue with Shandong—Shandong-Japan Scientific and Technological Innovation Dialogue was held in the main venue at Jinan of Shandong and the branch venue at Tokyo of Japan via video link. Liu Jiayi, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Li Ganjie, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Governor, Sun Licheng, Secretary of the Provincial Standing Committee and Jinan Municipal Party Committee, Sun Shutao, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Jinan, and other major responsible people attended the event. Kenki Okumura, Chief Researcher and the former President of Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST), Okimura Kazuki, the former President of Tokyo University of Science, Fujishima Akira, Foreign Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Ju Dongying, President of Japan-China Center for Science, Culture and Technology, and Haruko Yoneyama, Deputy Director of JST China Research and Sakura Science and Technology Center, attended the event in Tokyo. Shandong Janbon Technology Group acted as the organizer of the event, and Chairman Chen Jian and President Xiao Weibin attended the event.

This event is presided over by Sun Shutao, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Jinan, and Sun Dianyi, President of Shandong Industrial Research Institute, Mr.Okimura Kazuki, and Mr.Fujishima Akira made speeches in regard to the scientific and technological cooperation between Shandong and Japan. Then, Shandong Janbon Technology Group, Shandong Institute of Industrial Research, and Japan-China Science and Technology Culture Center signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement for Building Sino-Japanese (Jinan) Joint Innovation Research Institute. Sino-Japanese (Jinan) Joint Innovation Research Institute focuses on the transfer of Japanese technologies and regards the construction of "three platforms, one fund" as the main content, which is another important achievement in the scientific and technological cooperation between Shandong Province and Japan. The three parties will make full use of their respective advantages in policies, international innovation resources, and achievement transformation to promote the launch and development of high-quality Japanese scientific and technological achievements in Shandong and facilitate the replacement of old growth drivers with new ones.

The dialogue also invited relevant responsible persons of Shandong Institute of Industrial Research, Japan-China Science and Technology Culture Center, JST Sakura Science and Technology Center, Japan Toray Co., Ltd., etc. to make specific interpretations in regard to the transformation of Sino-Japanese scientific and technological achievements and talent cooperation. President Xiao Weibin made the speech themed on Janbon Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements and Cooperation Pattern with Japan: As a comprehensive investment service provider focusing on the transformation of international scientific and technological achievements, Janbon Technology takes the integrated transfer of technology (iTOT) as the core to build an investment service platform for the industrialization of international scientific and technological achievements in China and provides one-stop services for international partners to help them succeed in China.

At the end of the event, Deputy Mayor Zheng Deyan said: JanbonGroup, as a famous enterprise in Jinan, is endowed with capital, technology, platform, and carrier, and it is expected that more projects will be "incubated in Japan, accelerated in Shandong, and transformed in Jinan" through the exchange with Japan.
