In June 2011, the Yellow River Conservancy Commission issued a letter of approval for the flood control evaluation report of the Yellow River Railway Bridge of the Chate Railway. After the extension, it expired in July 2017. According to the requirements of the Yellow River Conservancy Commission, it is necessary to re-entrust the preparation of the flood control evaluation report, and to prepare a hydrological monitoring impact analysis and evaluation report according to the provisions of the new project.

   On October 23 and 25, 2018, the project review meeting on the impact analysis and evaluation report of hydrological monitoring and the flood control evaluation report was held in Zhengzhou. The meeting was held by Zhao Weimin, deputy chief engineer of the Yellow River Committee, and four experts from the Yellow River System, as well as the General Affairs Office of the Yellow River Committee, the Water Affairs Bureau, the Construction Management Bureau, the Defense Office, the Science and Technology Commission, the Hydrology Bureau, the Planning Office of the Yellow River Design Company, and the Shandong River. Leaders of relevant departments such as the Bureau of Affairs attended the meeting.

    The meeting first heard the introduction of the project by the general manager of the Luqiao Business Department, Chen Yungang, and then the Yellow River Water Resources and Water Resources Bureau of the Yellow River Committee and the Yellow River Water Conservancy Science Research Institute of the Yellow River Committee gave detailed reports on the impact analysis and evaluation report and flood control evaluation report of the project. The participating experts and department leaders listened to the report and reviewed and questioned the report.

   After review, the expert group basically agreed with the contents and conclusions of the report and formed a review opinion. The successful convening of this judging meeting marked the resumption of the approval of the Yellow River Committee of the Yellow River Gongtie Bridge on the Liaotai Railway.
